The safeguarding policy of the Siyaj Organization for Child Protection – Arabic

This policy was developed based on Siyaj Organization’s belief in the importance of creating a safe working environment for all directly related parties, including direct and indirect beneficiaries of its humanitarian services, targeted groups, partners, service providers, volunteers, employees, and up to the highest levels of responsibility within the organization.

This policy was formulated within the framework of partnership and cooperation between Siyaj and RSH, in addition to benefiting from the resources of the United Nations and the Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action. It is available to all humanitarian partners in general, and particularly to organizations working in the protection and development of the rights of children and women in Yemen.

This policy is fully aligned with and supports the applicable national legislation in the country, which stems from religious, social, and moral values aimed at preserving and protecting individuals, their dignity, property, and rights. There is no contradiction between this policy and any of those principles.

Any clause or article in this policy that conflicts with national legislation, United Nations safeguarding charters and policies, or any other related policies shall be considered null and void and shall not be relied upon.

Siyaj is committed to implementing, developing, and updating this policy, and hopes that all its partners and service providers will uphold the same commitments. For more information, please click here to view the Safeguarding Policy.
