Safety Policy of the Child Protection Organization (SIAJ) – Arabic
This policy was developed based on SIAJ’s belief in the importance of creating a safe working environment for all directly involved parties, from the direct and indirect beneficiaries of its humanitarian services, to the direct and indirect targets, partners, service providers, volunteers, and staff, all the way to the highest levels of responsibility within the organization.
This policy was formulated within the framework of the partnership and cooperation between SIAJ and RSH, in addition to utilizing the resources of the United Nations and the International Alliance for the Protection of Children in Humanitarian Action. It is available to all humanitarian partners in general, and to institutions protecting and developing the rights of children and women in Yemen in particular. This policy is consistent with and fulfills the national legislation in force in the country, which stems from a system of religious, social, and moral values aimed at preserving and protecting human life, property, and honor. There is no conflict between it and any of these. Any paragraph or article in this policy that conflicts with national legislation, United Nations conventions and policies on the protection of persons, or other relevant policies is considered null and void. Siyaj is committed to implementing, developing, and updating this policy, and hopes that all its partners and service providers will have the same commitments.
