Today, the Specialized Criminal Court in Hajjah Governorate issued a ruling against the rapist and murderer of a 12-year-old girl.
Judicial sources told Seyaj that the ruling will be executed in a public square in the center of Al-Tur district in northwestern Yemen. The ruling mandated the payment of one million Yemeni riyals (about $200) as financial compensation to the family of the victim.
