The Yemeni news agency Saba reported that two children were injured in the “riots” that erupted last night in neighborhoods in central Sana’a. Citing a security source in the Ministry of Interior, the agency stated that a seven-year-old child was injured in the riots carried out by armed men opposed to the authorities in the Al-Qa’a neighborhood, Al-Tawfiq Street, Al-Samak Street, and Al-Zubairi Street. Another child was injured by projectiles fired by the armed men in front of the Republican Hospital gate in Sana’a. The security source did not provide the names of the injured children.
