Seyaj Organization for Childhood Protection welcomes the statements issued by diplomatic missions including those of the United States, the European Union, Germany, Turkey, Japan, China, France, and others in Yemen, and values their clear condemnation of the assassination of Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Shaer, Chairman of Al-Noor Schools in Aden.
Seyaj stresses that protecting educational staff and guaranteeing the safety of educational institutions are fundamental pillars for social stability and for safeguarding children’s rights. The organization calls for these international positions to be translated into practical support for justice and for the protection of childhood in Yemen.
