This form enables community members to report concerns about safeguarding violations by Seyaj staff, volunteers, partners, or service providers.

This form is available to all members of the community to enable them to report and submit a complaint about any suspicion or concern regarding a violation of safeguarding principles and commitments by any employee or volunteer working for Seyaj, any of its partners, or any service provider working with its beneficiaries. This includes reporting any sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment (SEA-H), or any harm that may result from one of Seyaj’s projects, programs, or services.

If you have a complaint, or even concerns, about the conduct of any employee, volunteer, consultant, or assistant in Seyaj, or about harm arising from one of its projects or services, you can submit a complaint to the lawyer responsible for receiving reports and investigating safeguarding violations through:

Seyaj is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct in the workplace in accordance with national laws, its code of conduct, protection policies, and safeguarding policies. It will not tolerate any violation of safeguarding principles and policies. Any person who violates them will be subject to accountability and strict administrative measures, including dismissal and referral to the competent state authorities in accordance with the law.

Seyaj also calls on all of its staff, volunteers, partners, and service providers to remain equally committed and to conduct themselves to the same standard while carrying out their duties.

Note:
– Providing your name and email address is optional in order to encourage confidential reporting.
– When reporting, it is helpful to include as much information as possible, such as the subject of the complaint, the date, the time of the incident, the name of the accused person, and whether there is any concern for the safety of any person, especially minors and persons with disabilities, and whether the complaint has already been submitted to any official body.
– Including your contact information will help the organization’s specialists follow up on the report, the related information, and any supporting documentation.
