Seyaj Organization for Childhood Protection and the Taiz branch of the Bar Association agreed to form a joint committee to identify the difficulties and challenges facing child justice in the governorate and hindering victims’ access to redress, legal protection, and care.

The agreement comes within Seyaj’s strategy to build a protective environment for children by supporting the efforts of executive and judicial authorities, along with the wider community around the child, in ways that strengthen child justice and expand access to protection and care.

The initiative reflects Seyaj’s broader effort to reinforce local justice mechanisms and improve practical cooperation between legal actors on behalf of children who face violence, abuse, and weak access to accountability.
