Armed tribal gunmen killed eleven-year-old Amjad Samir Abdulraqib Al-Jamaai in Sabrah district of Ibb governorate in central Yemen.

According to the victim’s family, the child was shot by armed men linked to an influential figure in the area who then fled. Seyaj condemned the brutal crime and called on the governor and police leadership in the governorate to quickly arrest the suspects, bring them to trial, and ensure justice and fairness for the victim’s family.

The organization also offered its sincere condolences to the child’s mother and family.
